What do we do?
We are a procurement advisory firm serving the senior living sector. We help operators reduce costs, optimize vendor performance, and implement procurement solutions tailored to the operational realities of senior care organizations. Our services include strategic oversight, vendor management, technology enablement, and procurement reviews. We work across dining, housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, and more to support procurement outcomes that benefit our clients and their residents.
